Lead technical design, architecture, and full-stack development of scalable, secure enterprise applications and integration components using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and Microsoft Azure.
Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching for mid-level and junior engineers, establishing engineering standards and driving technical decision-making.
Own solution architecture and modernization efforts, manage risk and effort estimation, and lead root cause analysis for critical production issues.
Minimum Requirements
10–15 years professional software engineering experience with expert-level skills in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and full-stack development including Angular and frontend technologies.
Experience building and operating cloud-native applications with Microsoft Azure PaaS services and RESTful APIs.
Proven track record of owning end-to-end solution architecture and providing technical leadership, including mentoring and leading code/design reviews.
Work Experience Required: 10–15 years; Location: Bengaluru, India; Work hours aligned with Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 1:30pm to 10:30pm; Visa sponsorship not available.

Experienced technical leader comfortable managing complex, cross-system, cloud-hosted enterprise solutions in Agile environments.
Strong ability to communicate technical trade-offs and influence architecture decisions with senior stakeholders.
Hands-on expertise in modern engineering practices including design patterns, SOLID principles, DevOps (Azure DevOps), testing, secure coding, and mentoring engineers.
