Lead Blockchain Engineer_ Vice President _Software Engineering

Lead engineering efforts to define and execute the roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services within Wealth Management Technology.

Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant blockchain solutions, managing release lifecycle, CI/CD, and production reliability.

Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to integrate blockchain protocols and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.

10+ years of software engineering experience including at least 3+ years in blockchain and tokenization.

5+ years in an engineering leadership role managing distributed teams.

Strong knowledge of blockchain architectures, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, cryptographic methods, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1400).

Experience in regulated financial services or fintech and ability to deliver enterprise-grade software systems at scale.

Experienced leader capable of managing distributed blockchain engineering teams in a regulated financial services environment.

Technically adept with hands-on knowledge of multiple blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, Canton) and relevant programming languages (Solidity, Rust, Go).

Strategic thinker able to build and scale secure, compliant digital asset platforms integrating emerging industry standards and evolving regulations.
