Define and execute the long-term roadmap for Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives to drive business value.
Lead architecture and development of intelligent agent frameworks and oversee application of LLMs, multimodal models, and fine-tuning for domain-specific use cases.
Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI and Agentic technologies such as AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, and DSPy into business solutions.
Minimum Requirements
4-7 years of relevant work experience in AI/Agentic technologies or related fields.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required; B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA also acceptable.
Mandatory technical skills include experience with GenAI/Agentic frameworks like AutoGPT, LangChain, ReAct, DSPy.
Understanding of regulatory, ethical, and societal implications of autonomous AI systems required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with strategic leadership in AI initiatives, able to align AI strategy with business goals at executive levels.
Skilled in designing and implementing intelligent agent frameworks and advanced AI models specifically for domain use cases.
Familiar with industry standards, open-source AI frameworks contribution, and emerging AI technologies, preferably with exposure to finance or consulting sectors.
