Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Develop and own short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts for US Oncology products integrating patient flow, market research, and additional data.
Align forecast assumptions with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, and Operations and present findings to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.
Lead forecasting processes including scenario planning, risk management, and continuous improvement of methods and automation across the Oncology portfolio.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
10 to 15 years of direct pharmaceutical forecasting experience, specifically with oncology forecasting in US markets.
Strong expertise with pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA MIDAS, claims data (Truven, Marketscan), epidemiology, and TRx/NBRx/NRx data.
Based in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park) with availability for 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift; hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to integrate complex oncology treatment dynamics and US reimbursement scenarios into actionable forecasts.
Experienced in leading cross-functional collaborations and capable of defending forecast methodologies to senior executives.
Skilled in advanced analytics, financial modeling, project management, and continuous process improvements within pharmaceutical forecasting.
