Specialist - Forecasting Oncology

Own short-, mid-, and long-term oncology forecast models integrating patient flow dynamics, market research, and supplementary data to produce transparent and trusted demand forecasts.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, and Sales Operations to align on forecast assumptions and drive accountability for strategic brands and therapy areas.

Present and defend forecasting methodologies and outputs to senior leadership, manage scenario planning, risk, performance analytics, and update forecasts to reflect market and competitive changes.

10 to 15 years of direct pharmaceutical forecasting experience, with deep knowledge of oncology forecasting.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is required.

Strong expertise in US oncology market, reimbursement, TRx/NBRx/NRx data, claims data, epidemiology, and forecasting tools such as IQVIA data sources.

Based in Bangalore with ability to work 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift in a hybrid work model.

Proven capability to build and manage sophisticated oncology patient flow and demand models influencing high-stakes strategic decisions.

Skilled in cross-functional partnership to align assumptions across commercial, access, finance, and operations teams.

Experienced in presenting complex analytics clearly to senior leaders, managing multiple projects simultaneously with a continuous improvement mindset.
