About This Role

Lead the design and architecture of Oneview's data platform focusing on Snowflake-based analytics and data services.

Own database performance tuning, operational excellence, and cost optimization across Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server environments.

Develop and support scalable backend services, data ingestion pipelines, and intelligent analytics capabilities with hands-on coding and leadership across multiple teams.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and platforms.

Experience designing, operating, and optimizing Snowflake-based data platforms in production.

Must be located within commutable distance to the Singapore office (hybrid role).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven leader in complex technical projects with ability to influence across multiple teams and drive engineering best practices.

Deep expertise in relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), data warehousing, OLAP, and modern BI tools integration.

Strong software development skills in Java (Spring Boot, microservices), Python, and AWS cloud-native technologies with experience in distributed, event-driven systems.
