Assistant Manager - Sales & Service

Own sales and customer service activities related to mechanical seals across Mumbai region, including identifying and addressing customer needs through technical adaptations.

Build and maintain customer relationships by providing technical and engineering support to OEMs and end users, including sales presentations and training.

Analyze customer environments to propose cost-effective equipment and service improvements, prepare sales reports, and coordinate with technical support for offer submissions.

9–10 years of experience in mechanical seals and rotary equipment industry.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical seals and rotary equipment.

Location: Mumbai region (Mira Road).

Experienced sales and customer service professional familiar with mechanical seals, capable of managing end-to-end sales cycles with technical complexity.

Able to interact directly with OEMs and end users, providing technical support and training to build customer confidence.

Skilled in analyzing customer requirements and proposing cost-benefit based solutions, with proven communication and presentation skills.
