Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on application development experience using Power Platform and full stack development.
At least 2 years of design, development, testing, and deployment experience on Power Platform including Power Virtual Agents/CoPilot Studio.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MSc or MTech preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to work flexible hours covering India and UK business times.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform with exposure to Angular and Azure platform to enhance integration.
Familiar with DevOps tools (ADO, GitHub), Object Oriented Programming, design patterns, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Capable of mentoring teams and collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
