Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to multiple development teams, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance software aligned with business goals.
Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps practices, and security best practices, including continuous integration, deployment, and operational monitoring.
Mentor engineers, participate in architecture/design discussions, and contribute hands-on to software components using Angular (10+), Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend technologies.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of proven software development experience.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in Angular (10+), Java, Spring Boot, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript), API design (gRPC, RESTful), and experience with PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases and Redis.
Onsite presence required 4 days per week as per company policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable, loosely coupled systems with a focus on security, reliability, and performance, including microservices and distributed systems design.
Strong background in Agile methodologies, DevOps toolchains, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Skilled in mentoring and collaborating across global, cross-functional teams with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
