Drive technical innovation and continuous improvements in enterprise data management including profiling, exception reporting, issue resolution, and dashboard creation.
Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g., source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries) and provide expert consultation to stakeholders and less experienced team members.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years or High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in Data Management or Data Analytics.
Experience in Banking or Regulatory environments.
Hands-on SQL experience for writing complex queries.
Experience with Data Warehousing/Data Lakes and AWS or Snowflake technology.

Experienced in leading enterprise-level data quality and governance initiatives within a regulated financial services context.
Strong technical expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and enterprise data architecture.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence multiple business units while managing documentation and strategic data management efforts.
