Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years progressive ERP experience with at least 6 years as a Business Analyst in ERP product development.
Expertise in Retail ERP domain is mandatory.
Master's degree in Business Analytics, AI, Retail, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger flows in ERP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling high complexity projects within Retail ERP environment using Agile Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, negotiate priorities effectively with product management, and manage stakeholder communications.
Comfortable with AI tools integration and building AI-based solutions to enhance business analysis and ERP functionality.
