S4 AMEA Transportation SME

Lead validation, scoping, and optimization of end-to-end SAP warehouse and transportation processes including WMS, ECC, and 3PL integrations across AMEA.

Ensure operational excellence internally and with third-party logistics vendors, maintaining safety, service, and cost KPIs and supply continuity.

Collaborate with global and regional S4 delivery teams to harmonize and align warehouse logistics processes with SAP S4HANA design, and support change management and training adoption.

5-7 years of operational and business experience with SAP in multi-system environments, including SAP WMS and/or SAP TMS systems at super user level.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent workplace experience.

Experience in logistics operations, including 3PL and company-operated site management, and implementation of logistics digital tools.

Must be able to work across multiple AMEA markets with flexible working hours to engage regional and global teams; majority remote collaboration with occasional travel.

Experienced in managing multi-market logistics operations and third-party transportation suppliers within matrix organizations with significant budgets.

Proven track record in supply chain strategy execution, process harmonization, and continuous improvement in SAP-driven environments.

Strong analytic and communication skills to translate complex warehouse and transport processes into system solutions and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagements.
