Manage monthly and quarterly UK Rebates and International Trailer Fee payments in compliance with CASS regulations.
Produce monthly revenue and commission accruals, Flash reports explaining MTM variances, and review invoices from the Income Billing and Control Team.
Support external audits, fund setup and accounting, IMA reviews, ad-hoc business queries, process improvements, and cross-team stakeholder management including Commercial Finance and Middle Office.
Minimum Requirements
CA qualification with 1+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of asset management regulatory environment, including CASS regulations.
Experience with Oracle accounting software or similar accounting packages.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years, preferably in fund accounting, rebates, or trailer commissions.

Proven capability to manage tightly controlled financial processes with attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
Strong analytical skills combined with ability to identify and resolve problems independently.
Experience working collaboratively across internal finance teams and external stakeholders in an asset management environment.
