Analyze client needs related to building permits and approval workflows, interpreting building bye-laws and development control regulations to create functional requirement documents.
Coordinate with software developers and IT teams to implement and test solutions, including functional testing and user acceptance testing.
Provide client support during implementation, training, and post-deployment while identifying process gaps for system efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or MCA.
Strong understanding of building bye-laws, development control regulations, and approval procedures.
Ability to read and analyze CAD drawings; AutoCAD skills preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working closely with software development teams in SDLC environments, preferably Agile.
Familiarity with municipal e-governance or building permit systems is a plus.
Strong capability in creating detailed functional requirement documents, workflows, and client communication.
