Serve as liaison between business and IT to translate complex business needs into application software requirements, focusing on Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and claims audit.
Develop project plans, coordinate resources including cross-unit teams, and ensure requirements are integrated into system design and testing.
Provide expert guidance and support to users and team members, addressing software questions and issues, primarily within an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or MBA/MTech.
4 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles in Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare software.
Strong experience with Pharmacy Claims Audit and PBM software.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is strongly preferred.
