Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions focused on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI-powered features including Agent force and Einstein capabilities.
Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to finalize requirements, design program flow, code (Apex, LWC), unit test, and resolve Level 2/3 escalations.
Implement and uphold Salesforce development best practices, governance, release management, and stay updated on new Salesforce releases and AI capabilities relevant to the platform.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on Salesforce development.
Proficiency with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configuration and customization.
BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience; Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Experience with Salesforce AI features and integration tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs; knowledge of Salesforce development methodologies and testing frameworks.
