Minimum Requirements
7+ years of IT/software engineering experience; Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry preferred.
Experience supporting LIMS and/or Biobank SaaS products and MuleSoft certification as a developer.
Proficiency with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, SQL, and basic scripting in Python or Ruby; basic knowledge of AWS cloud services.
Understanding of ITIL service management principles and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong engineering focus on SaaS application support, integration engineering, and cloud operations within regulated environments.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional and global teams, including vendor management and release planning.
Ability to innovate with AI-enabled support solutions and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
