Experience in conversational design for chatbots, voice assistants, or AI agent flows.
Hands-on experience crafting prompts/system instructions for large language model features.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years, including conversational/AI content experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skilled in systems thinking capable of designing both individual content strings and scalable content patterns.
Comfortable working closely with AI/ML engineering teams, evaluating outputs critically, and iterating rapidly.
Experienced in fast-moving, ambiguous product environments with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
