Own end-to-end design process for major product features including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Lead design efforts on complex, ambiguous problems partnering with Product, Engineering, and Research as a peer.
Shape and maintain the design system and create interactive, AI-assisted prototypes with real data connections.
Minimum Requirements
5–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar, with a strong portfolio of shipped end-to-end product work.
Advanced proficiency in Figma including component systems, auto-layout, and design tokens.
Experience designing and contributing to design systems at scale and in AI-assisted interactive prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor).
Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and experience synthesizing user research to support design decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independently leading design on ambiguous, cross-functional projects with minimal direction.
Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals, fluent in AI-powered features and designing human-AI interaction layers.
Comfortable collaborating closely with engineers on feasibility and implementation, with hands-on use of AI tools to enhance prototype fidelity.
