Own the development and execution of training programs to improve team capability and knowledge retention related to insurance operations.
Drive team performance by maintaining business SLAs, quality standards, staffing forecasts, and resolving process challenges.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, procedural, and risk frameworks while providing support to client-facing brokers and clients.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years overall work experience with at least 2 years in team leadership and people management.
Experience in insurance industry and processes preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Must be willing to work hybrid (at least 3 days in Pune office) and on 12:30pm – 9:30pm shifts.
Excellent communication skills and facilitation skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing insurance operations with a focus on process efficiency and quality delivery.
Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders to design and implement training and performance improvement plans.
Holds or pursues insurance certifications such as CII and/or postgraduate qualifications related to insurance.
