Senior Staff Engineer (Sitecore XM Cloud)

Define and drive architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for enterprise Sitecore AI initiatives and digital experience platforms.

Lead migration, modernization, and cloud transformation from traditional Sitecore XP/XM to XM Cloud and AI-enabled platforms.

Design and implement scalable AI-driven personalization, search, content generation, and customer engagement solutions using Sitecore AI technologies and Azure OpenAI integration.

Minimum 7.5 years of experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP/XM, and related architectures.

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 8+, React.js, Next.js, and modern development practices including REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.

Experience with Azure cloud architecture, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and production support practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale Sitecore migrations and modernization involving AI integrations and cloud transformations.

Strong strategic and operational balance between architecture design, technical leadership, and hands-on delivery in distributed engineering environments.

Experience driving AI-powered digital experience enhancements using Generative AI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, and Sitecore AI/Stream technologies.
