Head of AI, Innovation and Modeling-India and Philippines

Lead and manage the AI, Innovation, and Modelling (AIM) team in India, co-leading the functional AIM portfolio and driving AI/ML model development including predictive, generative, agentic AI across Wells Fargo.

Develop and execute AI and GenAI strategies to deliver measurable business value, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of model development from ideation through production and value realization.

Allocate resources, develop talent, and partner enterprise-wide to identify AI opportunities that improve COO effectiveness, while managing model and operational risks.

10+ years quantitative analytical experience (via work, training, military, or education).

4+ years management or leadership experience.

8+ years experience in AI advancements including predictive, generative, and agentic AI within banking and financial services domain.

4+ years AI/ML leadership and modelling experience driving innovation to execution with business impact.

Experience leading large, regionally distributed quantitative analytics and AI teams in complex matrixed financial services organizations.

Strong functional expertise in AI, ML, data analytics, and model risk management with a risk and control focus.

Ability to collaborate across executives, data scientists, and engineers to align AI initiatives with business priorities and drive high-impact outcomes.
