Manager Finance (Corporate Finance & FP&A)

Lead enterprise-wide financial planning processes including Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Business Plan, and quarterly forecasts.

Own and enhance integrated 3-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and drive financial performance reviews and executive reporting including Board of Directors presentations.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7-8 finance professionals, while partnering with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and FP&A transformation initiatives.

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.

11+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance roles.

Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, integrated 3-statement modelling, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Experience supporting executive leadership, Board reporting, and earnings-related financial analysis in a large, matrixed, fast-paced organization.

Experienced leader with strong ability to influence across matrixed organizations and manage high-performing finance teams.

Proficient in translating complex financial data into strategic insights for senior executives and Board-level stakeholders.

Skilled in driving FP&A process improvements such as automation, driver-based forecasting, and financial reporting enhancements.
