Manager, Accounting

Manage end-to-end statutory reporting process including month end, quarter end, and annual book closures for multiple entities.

Lead coordination with external auditors, manage statutory audit processes, ensure timely closures and implement audit findings across global entities.

Build and lead the Statutory Center of Excellence (CoE) team, mentor members, and drive process improvements and compliance with statutory standards.

Minimum 8 years experience in senior leadership within controllership/statutory reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Strong technical expertise in global statutory reporting standards and regulations; proven track record in managing complex statutory audits.

Experience or familiarity with AI tools/AI-enabled transformations preferred but not mandatory.

Experienced leader skilled at managing statutory compliance and audit cycles for complex multinational entities.

Strong strategic thinker able to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive process efficiencies and audit responsiveness.

Capable of leading and developing high performing teams within a statutory reporting and controllership context.
