Soft Service Executive

Manage and oversee daily operations of soft facility management services including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and washroom maintenance.

Coordinate and monitor vendor performance, conduct quality audits, and manage contracts and renewals for service providers in soft services.

Supervise housekeeping staff, handle stakeholder requests and complaints, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in soft services or facility management, preferably in commercial real estate, corporate facilities, or hospitality sectors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends or emergencies.

On-site work location in Amravati, MH; valid driver's license may be required depending on location.

Experienced in managing integrated facility management soft services with measurable impact on service quality and occupant satisfaction.

Proficient in vendor and contract management, quality control, and compliance in a commercial or corporate facility environment.

Capable of supervising teams and coordinating multi-stakeholder communication and site-based operations efficiently.
