Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or equivalent from a premier institute.
1+ years experience delivering analytical solutions, preferably in credit cards with understanding of P&L and campaigns.
Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, Python and ability to work with large datasets and data warehouses.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year as explicitly mentioned. Location requirement: Bangalore, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in credit card analytics, specifically around rewards analytics and campaign management will be preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to articulate complex business problems into structured solutions and communicate effectively at senior stakeholder levels.
Demonstrates control orientation, risk awareness, project management capability, and ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
