Manage and update shareholder databases in the Transfer Agency system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Process investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches with accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Provide client servicing by addressing queries, preparing reports, supporting AML compliance, and contributing to process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
1–3 years experience in transfer agency, fund administration, or financial services preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with transfer agency systems is advantageous.
Location preference: Chennai; willing to work any shift including night shift.

Experience handling high-volume financial transaction processing with strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
Ability to manage client interactions professionally across multiple communication channels.
Comfortable working in a shift-based environment and contributing to team process improvements and mentoring junior staff.
