Principal Software Engineering Manager- Full Stack

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure seamless feature delivery.

Drive technical excellence and innovation by identifying gaps and implementing best engineering practices while managing project timelines and resources.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.

4+ years of people management experience.

Must pass Microsoft Cloud background check and security screenings as per Microsoft requirements.

Experienced leader capable of managing engineering teams within large-scale cloud data platform product environments, focusing on full stack development.

Strong collaboration skills demonstrated by working closely with diverse roles including UX/UI and product management in agile environments.

Proven ability to drive technical innovation and maintain high engineering standards in complex SaaS development contexts.
