Minimum Requirements
8+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Advanced programming skills in at least one of: Java, Python, Golang.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, AI-assisted software development tools, and practical AWS cloud native development.
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB) and principles of secure, responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader proficient in driving AI-assisted engineering tools adoption and enforcing secure, responsible AI practices at senior or lead levels.
Deep technical expertise in designing and deploying resilient, low-latency cloud-native web services on AWS within financial or similarly regulated environments.
Skilled in applying advanced Agentic AI capabilities including tool calling, memory, guardrails, and policy enforcement, as well as familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
