Senior Platform Software Engineer, DriveAV - Autonomous Vehicles

Adapt NVIDIA Autonomous Vehicle Software platform to customer ECU and vehicle environments, ensuring smooth integration.

Analyze, debug, and resolve software platform issues to deliver high-quality releases to customers.

Enhance integration efficiency for Autonomous Vehicle Simulation and car platforms, and contribute to platform software development, including tools and filesystem customization.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of relevant work experience.

Experience with ADAS or autonomous driving software stacks, especially platform software components, middleware, and sensors.

Proficient debugging skills on embedded hardware from application to kernel level; knowledge of Linux and QNX OS and device driver experience; strong C/C++ programming skills and familiarity with build systems like Bazel.

Experienced in functional development, adaptation, and testing of automotive software involving multiple sensors such as camera, radar, lidar, GPS, and ultrasound.

Skilled in software development for heterogeneous architectures including GPUs and accelerators.

Familiarity with automotive process standards like ASPICE and ISO26262 and able to work effectively with international cross-functional teams.
