Senior Program Manager - Finance Analytics

Lead complex financial analyses and forecasting to support strategic decision-making across multiple finance areas and geographies.

Consult with business leaders to influence long-term financial and capital strategies ensuring optimal return on investment.

Drive global process improvements, policy developments, and represent business units in cross-functional planning while mentoring finance analysts.

First level university degree in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.

Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst with exposure to various finance functions.

Must be able to work primarily onsite at HPE office – onsite work requirement explicitly stated.

Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP), financial analysis, and superior business application skills (e.g., Excel).

Experienced senior-level finance professional skilled in providing innovative financial solutions and leading large cross-division projects.

Strong ability to operate independently with complex financial and strategic decision-making responsibilities.

Proven mentor and influencer capable of driving alignment with corporate objectives and process improvements globally.
