Manager/Senior Manager, Anti Corruption Compliance

Manage and oversee key components of the Anti-Corruption Compliance program for PhonePe Group.

Lead and manage due diligence processes for Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and Business Partners, including review of ownership, PEP status, litigations, reputational and regulatory risks.

Coordinate with business units on due diligence appendices, TPI certification processes, generate periodic MIS reports, and support internal audits with accurate data and Management Action Plans.

Commerce or Law Graduate required.

3-4 years of relevant experience handling vendor due diligence, due diligence report review, red flag identification, and resolution.

Mandatory skills in managing anti-corruption compliance processes and strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office.

Work Experience Required: 3-4 years relevant experience.

Experienced in managing third-party risk and compliance programs with attention to regulatory and reputational risk factors.

Detail-oriented and capable of thorough due diligence investigations and logical resolution of red flags.

Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and communicating with business units to ensure compliance adherence and process execution.
