Design and build production agentic AI systems including tool calling, sub-agent orchestration, memory/context management, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
Partner directly with business stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and co-design production-ready agentic AI solutions with governance, observability, and cost control.
Develop, deploy, and maintain RAG pipelines grounded in enterprise data and contribute reusable patterns to a governed catalog for company-wide use.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years software engineering experience with at least 2 years building production LLM-powered or agentic systems (not POCs).
Hands-on experience with one or more agentic frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or MCP-based architectures.
Strong Python skills; experience building APIs (FastAPI or similar).
Experience with RAG architecture end-to-end, cloud-native deployment on AWS (ECS, Fargate, Lambda, Bedrock).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience collaborating directly with non-technical stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable, production AI agents.
Has a clear understanding of production readiness for agentic systems including observability, cost control, failure handling, and evaluation methodologies.
Experience contributing to reusable architecture patterns or working in fast-moving, small teams where they helped define best practices.
