Own the technical management and support of Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT) product suite including XFB, Gateway, and SecureTransport.
Perform autonomous operations involving SQL database queries and Unix/Linux systems (RedHat, CentOS, AIX) across multiple global shifts (US, EMEA, APAC).
Engage with customers/front office for issue resolution and provide L2/L3 level troubleshooting including cloud and container-based environments.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 6 years total experience in related technology roles.
Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language and autonomous with SQL and Unix/Linux operating systems.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science/Electronics) or MCA.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts covering US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience specifically with Axway MFT products and strong knowledge of data communication protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, FTPS, HTTP/S.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and middleware technologies.
Able to manage trading partner profiles and configurations with strong troubleshooting skills in cloud-based and managed service environments.
