Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience building backend services with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, and distributed systems.
Proficient in coding, data structures, algorithms, low-level and API design, owning backend services, and data modeling.
Knowledge of NoSQL databases (preferably DynamoDB).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and owning backend services in a product-focused technology organization at scale.
Skilled in both Java and Kotlin backend environments, with practical knowledge of gRPC and scalable distributed microservice architectures.
Demonstrates operational excellence through data-informed service improvements and uses AI/ML tools to enhance engineering productivity and delivery.
