Minimum Requirements
7+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of complex technical problems and architecture influence.
Strong expertise in system design, software architecture, distributed systems, and microservices.
Hands-on experience in building scalable APIs, platforms, cloud-based SaaS/PaaS products, with skills in Java or another modern backend language.
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD, production engineering, and applying AI/GenAI in software engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale platform engineering and influencing architecture beyond a single team.
Proficient in applying AI/GenAI technologies across software design, development, testing, code review, and troubleshooting.
Able to communicate effectively and influence technical decisions across multiple teams, possessing strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous contexts.
