Mentor junior engineers, support international project teams, and contribute to controls software standardization and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in industrial automation focusing on PLC-based control systems and material handling automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal programming (Ladder Logic, FBD, STL, SCL) and related diagnostic tools like Proneta.
Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration of automated material handling or industrial automation projects.
Willingness to travel internationally for commissioning and customer support (50–70%).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working with international projects and multidisciplinary, multicultural teams.
Proficient in Siemens PLC systems and controls software, with additional familiarity in SCADA, HMI, Drives, and Safety Systems integration.
Strong technical leadership ability including mentoring, risk identification, and driving continuous improvement in controls engineering processes.
