Resolve complex HR operations queries and transactions, primarily for the AMER region, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal controls.
Lead audits, quality checks, and compliance reviews of HR processes, data, and transactions across global regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA).
Drive HR systems and data governance, lead transition activities for expanded HR operations scope, and support continuous process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of experience in HR or client services role is desirable.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
Experience with Workday HR system or similar HR ERP; knowledge of ServiceNow/Workday Help case management is a plus.
Ability to work onsite in Gurugram; comfortable with global shift timings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in conducting HR compliance audits, federal/state labor law knowledge specific to AMER region, with strong data audit and analytics skills.
Capable of independently managing complex HR cases end-to-end, prioritizing multiple assignments, and leading process documentation and governance initiatives.
Skilled in HR systems data architecture and strategy, able to collaborate across global teams and drive adoption of automation tools for HR operations.
