Application Development Group Manager - Senior Vice President

Manage complex, critical technology areas, leading and directing a team with full people and budget management accountability.

Ensure alignment of systems with business strategy and goals, resolving complex issues with wide impact beyond own area.

Responsible for delivery of technology sub-function results, resource planning, policy formulation, and risk assessment affecting firm reputation and compliance.

15+ years of experience in multiple technology disciplines with significant people management experience.

Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Full management responsibility including budget management, performance evaluation, hiring, and disciplinary actions.

Strong commercial awareness and excellent senior-level communication skills required.

Experienced in managing large, multi-disciplinary technology teams with accountability for end-to-end delivery and fiscal control.

Demonstrates strong strategic understanding of technology’s role within business and industry context with ability to integrate across functions.

Skilled in risk and compliance management, influencing internal and external stakeholders, and making evaluative decisions in complex, dynamic environments.
