Site Manager

Manage and execute inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities across various warehouse types including CFS, CY, inland depots, and bonded warehouses.

Lead and manage employees with responsibilities including hiring, firing, coaching, performance appraisals, pay reviews, and development planning.

Set operational objectives, develop business and operational strategies, policies, and implement business plans within defined boundaries and guidelines.
