Manage development processes, code quality, and resolve Level 2/3 technical escalations, while staying updated on latest Salesforce releases and AI capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of software engineering experience including hands-on Salesforce development.
BS in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.
Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and hands-on experience configuring Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working on complex Salesforce ecosystems with multi-org data models and extensive integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
Proven ability to implement AI-powered Salesforce features such as Agent force, Einstein Bots, and prompt-based automation to enhance support and self-service productivity.
Familiarity with Salesforce release governance, CI/CD tools, and Agile/Waterfall development methodologies in collaborative team environments.
