Data Scientist - AI and LLMs - People Analytics

Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models, including advanced LLM-based solutions, to analyze People and business data for decision support and predictive insights.

Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks involving statistics, machine learning, and AI, collaborating with Data Engineers and AI Application Engineers for solution delivery.

Own model evaluation, responsible AI practices, and communication of analytical insights to business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet privacy, compliance, and business requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, behavioural science, quantitative social science or related field.

Strong professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, statistics, or machine learning.

Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development; experience with Databricks or equivalent modern data and AI platforms.

Practical experience with AI or LLM-enabled solutions such as prompt workflows, semantic search, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLM evaluation methods.

Experienced in applying statistical modeling, machine learning, and GenAI solutions within large-scale business or people analytics contexts, especially in global matrixed organizations.

Skilled in operationalizing AI models and working cross-functionally with data engineering, product, compliance, and privacy teams to deliver end-to-end data products.

Capable of managing complex stakeholder requirements, translating ambiguous business questions into robust analytical and AI solutions with strong business acumen.
