Full stack - AI Application Engineer - People Analytics

Develop and deploy scalable internal People Analytics applications, APIs, and workflows integrating machine learning and GenAI capabilities.

Manage CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment, and support to ensure production readiness and operational stability of People Analytics products.

Implement authentication, logging, monitoring, and application support to maintain enterprise-grade, secure, and maintainable analytics solutions.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, IT, engineering, or related field.

Professional experience in software engineering, analytics application development, DevOps, MLOps, or related domains.

Strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience with REST API frameworks (FastAPI, Flask) and internal app frameworks (Streamlit, Dash).

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, cloud deployment, authentication/role-based access control, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.

Experienced in building and deploying AI/analytics products in enterprise environments, preferably with some exposure to Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or MLOps tools.

Comfortable collaborating in global, matrixed organizations and engaging with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and IT.

Capable of translating analytical needs into maintainable technical solutions balancing scalability with simplicity and speed.
