Develop, deploy, and operate Python-based services for AI governance, security, compliance, and internal tooling supporting enterprise AI platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude.
Maintain uptime, health monitoring, access governance, and integrations for multiple AI enterprise tools, following established runbooks and escalating issues as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams on AI tool access, compliance reporting, automated evidence collection, and support internal customers onboarding to AI platforms.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, IT operations, or DevOps with exposure to SaaS/AI tool administration.
Strong production-level Python skills including REST API development, testing, automated logging, and secure configuration management.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, event workflows, and building AI-enabled applications using enterprise models and SDKs.
Proficiency in SQL, identity and access management (IAM), monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch), and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working with enterprise AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude) and integrating these with internal workflows and governance controls.
Comfortable executing routine platform operations, access provisioning, compliance evidence collection, and escalating complex issues.
Skilled in translating AI governance policies into enforceable technical controls and building dashboards for platform health, security, and audit readiness.
