IN_Associate_HCM - Payroll_Enterprise Apps SAP_Advisory_ Bangalore

Provide consulting services focused on SAP HCM and Payroll modules, especially for large transformation projects including multi-country and multi-location implementations.

Lead and manage teams of 20+ resources, overseeing delivery, solution architecture, and practice management including pre-sales and portfolio management for India and overseas business.

Leverage domain expertise in on-prem HR and India Payroll, implement SAP software solutions, and support change management initiatives to optimize client operational efficiency.

Mandatory SAP HCM and Payroll expertise with experience as a Solution Architect on large transformation projects involving multi-country and location implementation.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in SAP HCM/Payroll or related domains.

Relevant educational background: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA, with Bachelor of Engineering preferred.

Willingness to travel; SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and certification are advantageous but not mandatory.

Experienced in handling sizeable portfolios spanning India and international businesses with demonstrated practice management capabilities including delivery and pre-sales solution development.

Capable of leading large teams (20+ members) and managing complex SAP HCM/Payroll transformation initiatives.

Strong domain knowledge in India Payroll, on-prem HR solutions, and ability to drive change management effectively.
