Director - Finance and Procurement MDM CoE

Lead Master Data Governance within Finance and Procurement domain ensuring strategy delivery for both enterprise and non-enterprise master data objects.

Manage governance, quality, operational processes, KPIs, and strategic initiatives related to Finance and Procurement Master Data Management Centre of Excellence.

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Data Owners and Enterprise leads to drive data governance adoption, process standardization, and continuous data quality improvement.

18+ years of experience with 10+ years leading cross-functional initiatives in finance domain involving large technology platforms.

Minimum 5+ years in senior management roles with accountability for governance and function-wide initiatives.

Business knowledge of ERP-enabled transformations and solid understanding of Data Governance, Data Management, and Master Data Management.

Experience with enterprise master data domains such as Material, Customer, Supplier, or Finance and participation in domain governance forums.

Experienced in managing master data governance at senior leadership level in large, matrixed organizations with global stakeholder coordination.

Strong strategic and operational focus on data governance frameworks, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives in Finance and Procurement domains.

Demonstrated ability to bridge business, operations, and technology teams driving data quality, policy enforcement, and governance adoption.
