Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in content design, UX writing, or related field; minimum 1-2 years on conversational or AI-driven interfaces.
Experience designing chatbot, voice assistant, or AI-agent conversational flows with context and failure state handling.
Hands-on experience writing and refining prompts/system instructions for large language model (LLM) powered features.
Portfolio demonstrating traditional UX writing plus conversational or generative AI content projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong systems thinker able to design single UI strings and scalable content patterns efficiently.
Experience working directly with AI/ML teams, reviewing and iterating model outputs with attention to bias, hallucination and tone.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous product environments partnering cross-functionally with PMs, designers, and researchers.
