Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML Ops platforms and pipelines ensuring stability, reliability, and scalability.
Deploy AI/ML models to production with automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring for model performance and data drift.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers to bridge model development to production; manage version control, governance, data security, and cost optimization.
Minimum Requirements
7-12 years of experience in AI/ML Ops platform design, development, and maintenance.
Proficient with AI/ML frameworks, Databricks Lakehouse, MLflow, AI agent frameworks, cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
Strong programming skills in Python, SQL; experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC (preferably Terraform), monitoring tools.
Must be legally eligible to work in India on an ongoing basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale AI/ML Ops systems handling petabytes of structured and unstructured data.
Skilled at optimizing infrastructure for cost and low-latency inference on cloud environments with GPU/CPU resource management.
Strategic operator capable of integrating complex AI/ML workflows including foundation model deployment, fine-tuning, and RAG stacks (Vector DBs, Knowledge Graph).
