Minimum Requirements
1–4 years of software engineering experience including at least 2 years with AI or related technologies.
Strong proficiency with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including Node.js.
Experience building and operating LLM or agentic systems in production with knowledge of agent orchestration, prompting, memory, retrieval, and model evaluation.
Practical experience with cloud AI platforms like Amazon Bedrock or AgentCore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with designing multi-step agent workflows, routing, failure handling, and state management in AI systems.
Skilled in building evaluations, diagnostics, and monitoring to ensure AI system reliability and performance.
Strong system design and ownership demonstrated by leading end-to-end AI project development in cloud environments integrating APIs, databases, and observability tools.
