Minimum Requirements
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience building production Java microservices.
Proficiency in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, REST API design, Apache Kafka, AWS EKS, Helm, MySQL, DynamoDB, JPA/Hibernate, and Flyway migrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer/Architect or Oracle Certified Professional Java SE are desired but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end microservices architecture and cloud deployment on AWS EKS with infrastructure management.
Skilled in integrating complex enterprise systems like Salesforce, Magento, and payment gateways within microservice architectures.
Able to lead teams by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and enforcing secure-by-default and continuous improvement development practices.
